What to expect?
Expect your life to be positively transformed as you say yes to Jesus’ loving leadership and expose your heart to His living and active scriptures. That can happen anywhere! Yet that is exactly what we try to facilitate here at Rock Melbourne.
Our Sunday Service begins at 10am.
The first half hour is an opportunity to encounter God and worship Jesus as a family with modern worship music. The children then go to their own classes while the adults encounter the love and power of God through in-depth bible teaching.
We also have plenty of opportunities to serve at the 10am service. Click here for more info.
What about my children?
Your children are safe with us. All children’s workers have full background checks and all rooms have cameras. Name tags are distributed to each child as they come in. Parents are given corresponding slips for extra security.
Babies and toddlers can be put in the nursery at any point in the service.
Older children are dismissed to their classes after the worship. Children 3-5 years old have a fun time learning the foundational bible stories with coloring sheets, videos, and loving teachers. There are also fun toys to play with.
Children 6-12 also learn the foundational bible stories but take them a little deeper, applying them to discovering the heart of God and their individual destinies in Him. They also learn to hear God for themselves, to pray for one another, and to take the message and love of Jesus to the world - all the while being kids and having fun!

How about youth and young adults?
The Core is an exciting program designed for youth ages thirteen through eighteen and meets on Wednesday nights at 7PM. Here your young people will experience culturally-relevant worship, powerful teaching, and opportunities to build relationships and receive care in small groups. Check out our Events Calendar for their meeting schedule.
The Young Adults meet the 1st and 3rd Sundays at 6pm at The Rock. This group is for ages eighteen to twenty-seven. The Young Adults use a discussion format to encourage open dialogue about various pastors' teachings, biblical topics and passages. The Young Adults group also gets together for fun nights throughout the month.
What should I wear?
There is no dress code at COTRM. We are more concerned with meeting your spiritual needs than what you wear. People who attend COTRM wear anything from casual or business casual to a suit and tie or a dress. Please feel free to wear what is comfortable for you.
